Vitamin C Powerhouse Smoothie

citrus smoothiesOranges are the Vitamin C winner and guava juice is smooth and loaded with Vitamin C, drink this smoothie to keep your immune system strong.

Ingredients
2 cups raspberries
2 oranges (peeled, membrane removed – you want the pulp only)
¼ cup yogurt
¼ cup guava juice

Directions
Blend ingredients until you have a smooth consistency. Serve immediately. Serves two.
