Berry Banana Smoothie with a hint of the tropics – this is one of my favorite smoothies. I love berries for their powerful antioxidant powers, bananas and yogurt are a natural for a smoothie and the pineapple juice adds just the right amount of sweetness.
Ingredients
3 cups blueberries
1 cup blackberries
1 banana
¼ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup pineapple juice
Directions
Blend ingredients until you have a smooth consistency. Serve immediately. Serves two.
