Best Berry Banana Smoothie Recipe

smoothie_blueberriesBerry Banana Smoothie with a hint of the tropics – this is one of my favorite smoothies. I love berries for their powerful antioxidant powers, bananas and yogurt are a natural for a smoothie and the pineapple juice adds just the right amount of sweetness.
Ingredients
3 cups blueberries
1 cup blackberries
1 banana
¼ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup pineapple juice
Directions
Blend ingredients until you have a smooth consistency. Serve immediately. Serves two.

smoothie_blenderI know when I make this smoothie I am setting my kids up for a great day. Berries, pineapples and yogurt are filled with some many healthy benefits that there is no need for a daily multi vitamin when they have this.

Ingredients
2 cups strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup pineapple
¼ cup yogurt
¼ cup pineapple juice

Directions
Blend ingredients until you have a smooth consistency. Serve immediately. Serves two.

Ingredients
3 cups raspberries
1 cup pineapple
¼ cup yogurt

½ teaspoon vanilla extract
