2 grapefruits, juiced
2 mango chunks
4 ice cubes
half a lime juiced
1 teaspoon of honey

Directions
Blend ingredients until you have a smooth consistency. Serve immediately. Serves two

1 banana
2 oranges, pulp only (remove the membrane)
1/4 cold water
3 ice cubes
