This Strawberry Cherry Galore Smoothie Recipe is light and refreshing. It is great on a hot day or after a workout. It is fat free and contains flax seed, wheat germ and cinnamon all of which not only add to the taste but make you healthy. This is one of my favorites after going for my run.
Ingredients
1 cup frozen cherries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 tbsp ground flax seed
2 tbsp wheat germ or wheat bran
2 small scoops fat free vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup cranberry juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Blend ingredients until you have a smooth consistency. Serve immediately. Serves two.

I like to use frozen yogurt to make this milkshake because it is more figure-friendly. My husband likes it because this Chocolate Cherry Milkshake Recipe still has delicious flavor!
