Strawberries are by far the most popular berries. And why not, they are delicious! Cranberry juice is sweet and a healthy option for kids and honey is a perfect sweetener for kids over the age of 1. Mix these sweet treats with yogurt to make your kids a protein filled smoothie.
Ingredients
4 cups strawberries
¼ cup yogurt
¼ cup cranberry juice
¼ teaspoon honey
Directions
Blend ingredients until you have a smooth consistency. Serve immediately. Serves two.
