Banana Split Sundae Milkshake Recipe

I created this recipe for my pregnant sister who had a craving for a banana split (but I wanted a milkshake). Try out this interesting version on a classic dessert, Banana Split Sundae Milkshake Recipe.

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup/scoop vanilla ice cream
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 medium ripe banana, sliced

Directions
Blend ingredients until you have a smooth consistency. Serve immediately. Serves two.

Decadent Cherry Raspberry Milkshake Recipe

cherriesTwo of my favorite fruits in one milkshake!  Full of antioxidants and vitamins, make it for breakfast to get energized.

Ingredients
1 cup vanilla soy milk
2 cups unsweetened frozen cherries
2 cups raspberries
2 cups frozen vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6 ice cubes

Directions Blend ingredients until you have a smooth consistency. Serve immediately. Serves two.

Mint Milkshake Recipe

Ingredients
2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 ¼ cups lowfat milk
¼ teaspoon mint extract
3 ice cubes

Directions
Blend ingredients until you have a smooth consistency. Serve immediately. Serves two.

Ingredients
2 cups cantaloupe, cubed
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 ice cubes

Ingredients
1 ripe medium banana
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup skim milk
pinch of cinnamon
5 ice cubes
